"It is the duty of everyone to stand up and speak out, and take whatever action necessary, in being responsible for their fellows, for the freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this duty includes the freedom to change their religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest their religion or belief, in teaching, practice, worship and observance not contrary to the Principles of Humanity."
